Registration: $15 for NeFSMA members; $50 for non-members. Guests can attend the dinner and evening session for $20.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Quality Inn in Ogallala. The guaranteed rate is $63.20 plus tax. Rooms at this rate will be available until April 17, 2019.
